1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any KingsDigitalCloud service — including cloud hosting, domain registration, DNS management, or email hosting — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kingsdigitalcloud.com of any suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use KingsDigitalCloud services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include: hosting or distributing malware or illegal content, sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), conducting DDoS or other network attacks, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining on shared infrastructure, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, and any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property
The KingsDigitalCloud platform, brand, documentation, and control panel are the intellectual property of Kings Digital Group. You retain full ownership of all data, applications, and content you host on our infrastructure. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.
5. Payments & Renewals
Service fees are billed according to your selected plan cycle (monthly or annual). Domain names must be renewed before expiration to avoid loss of registration. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in service suspension. Refund eligibility varies by service type and is detailed in our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
KingsDigitalCloud provides services on an 'as available' basis. While we offer uptime SLAs for eligible plans, we shall not be liable for data loss beyond our stated backup policies, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or actions that threaten the security or stability of our infrastructure. You may cancel your account at any time through the control panel. Domain names registered under your account remain the property of the registrant and may be transferred out before or after account closure.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Kings Digital Group operates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
