KingsDigitalCloud complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area. This includes establishing lawful bases for data processing, honoring data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction), maintaining records of processing activities, and implementing data protection by design across our cloud infrastructure.
2. Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your hosted data and account information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest for sensitive data, strict access controls and multi-factor authentication options, regular security audits, and isolated customer environments on shared infrastructure.
3. Accessibility
We are committed to making our control panel and public-facing platform accessible to all users. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, support keyboard navigation, maintain compatibility with screen readers, and continuously improve accessibility based on user feedback.
4. Infrastructure Security
Our security framework includes DDoS protection, network firewalls, intrusion detection and monitoring, regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, incident response procedures, and secure development practices. We promptly address identified vulnerabilities and communicate transparently about security incidents that may affect customers.
5. Reporting Concerns
If you identify a security vulnerability, compliance concern, or suspected data breach, please report it immediately to security@kingsdigitalcloud.com. 6. Policy Updates
Our compliance practices evolve with changing regulations, industry standards, and infrastructure updates. We regularly review our policies to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws. Significant changes will be communicated to affected customers via email or control panel notification.
